Do you speak English?
Yes, we speak English. You can visit our shop, call or WhatsApp us in English.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Our repair shop at Rozenlaan 15A in Rotterdam is open every day from 12:00 to 19:00 and you can walk in without an appointment.
How long does a repair take?
Many phone repairs are done while you wait. Laptop and computer repairs usually take 1 to 3 working days. You always hear the price before we start.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, every repair comes with a 6-month warranty on parts and labour.
Can you come to my home?
Yes. For computer, Wi-Fi, printer or e-mail problems a Digibuddy technician can visit you at home in Rotterdam and the rest of South Holland, usually within 48 hours. That costs €12.75 call-out plus €16 per 15 minutes (minimum 30 minutes).
Can you pick up my device?
Yes. We can collect your laptop or computer and bring it back after the repair for €19.95.
